Gary
Warner's career in the construction industry spans over three
decades. From 1968 to 2002, he served in various management
capacities with one of the nation's leading general contractors, Pizzagalli
Construction Company of South Burlington, Vermont. As an officer,
stockholder and a member of the organization's Operations
Committee,Gary was responsible for managing many of the Company's
key support functions including human resources, safety, management
development and training, benefits administration, insurance
and risk management, special projects, and program development.

Over
the years, Gary has been actively involved in various community
and construction industry organizations, serving on numerous
boards and as president of several of these organizations.
He is a Life Director of the Associated General Contractors
of America and, most notably, co-founded the Construction
Personnel Executives Group, the premier organization for senior
level human resource executives in the construction industry
today. He is currently serving as Editor-In-Chief of Construction
HR, the first human resources magazine serving the construction
industry.

During his career, Gary has been asked to participate in various
conferences and seminars nationwide, both as a presenter and
as a sponsoring member. His no-nonsense approach to problem
solving, coupled with his wealth of human resources and administrative
management experience, provides Gary with a unique perspective
on what is needed to meet the challenges faced by businesses
today.
